Who We Are

Jazaroi Healthcare is more than a care provider—we are a community partner dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live full, meaningful lives. We believe that every person, regardless of ability, deserves the chance to make choices, learn new skills, and be an active part of their community.

Founded in Colorado, Jazaroi Healthcare was built on the idea that true inclusion is possible when we empower people to lead their own lives. Our supports are not “one-size-fits-all.” Instead, we take the time to understand each person’s story, strengths, and aspirations. Whether someone wants to live more independently, join community activities, or build daily living skills, we create a plan that puts their goals first.

Our Approach

At Jazaroi Healthcare, we use person-centered planning—a process where individuals lead their own support plans. This means they choose where they live, who they live with, and how their days are structured. Our role is to provide the tools, coaching, and supports needed to make those choices successful.

We believe in protecting rights at every step. People are educated on their rights, and we only use the least-restrictive supports necessary to maintain health and safety. If any restriction is ever needed, it is always explained, agreed upon, and reviewed with full consent.

Our services go beyond basic care. We provide training in daily living skills, money management, healthy cooking, medication education, transportation, and opportunities to participate in social and cultural activities. This “whole-person approach” ensures that individuals not only have their needs met, but also experience joy, growth, and belonging in their daily lives.

Lilian brings decades of experience, in healthcare and disability services, ensuring that Jazaroi Healthcare stays rooted in compassion, quality, and innovation. Under her leadership, the organization has grown to support individuals and families across multiple Colorado counties while maintaining a personal, community-focused touch.
